It has long been the philosophy of the Wilderness Leadership School that the process of elevating any community‘s environmental awareness lies in engaging leaders and youth of that community in a wilderness experience. Connecting the soles of their feet with the soul of the earth.

The Wilderness Leadership School is actively engaged in projects around community upliftment, AIDS/HIV awareness and entrepreneurial skills development. These projects are funded partly by the school and as joint ventures with other organizations and corporate sponsors.
